Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking an Order Repair Manager to support our operations facility in Rochester, NY. This position offers a 9/80 work schedule.
Essential Functions:
Process Repair Orders by determining Billing and Shipping information
Able to manage an average of 500 items in the repair process
Able to lead and/or build compliance import/export program
Interface with the customer via email, phone and in person
Coordinate repairs and activities with internal and external resources
Ensure contractual obligations are met
Perform estimating and payment collection activities
Able to work in a fast paced environment with data driven performance metrics
Review imports/exports for compliance to ITAR, EAR, and customs regulations
Assist customers with international shipping
Work directly with freight forwarders as it relates to imports and exports
Apply for export licenses (DSP-5s, BIS licenses)
Experience with USML and 600 series items
Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Familiar with Harris products
Good communication skills, both writing and speaking
Experience with Import/Export documentation and processes
Experience with International Shipping
Customer Service experience
Experience with ITAR, EAR and customs Regulations
