Our Client, a Financial/Banking Company, is looking for ETL Informatica Developer (Informatica Cloud IICS) for their Jersey City, NJ location Responsibilities:
The IICS (Informatica Cloud) and Snowflake Business Intelligence ETL Developer is a key, hands on role that will develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, transformation and management of information from one or more sources.
This role will be integral in migrating the data warehouse to re-platforming the ETL to Informatica Cloud IICS.
The ideal Developer for this role can handle end-to-end Data Warehouse and Data Integration by taking into consideration the business cases, objectives and requirements. The technical domain of the position includes Snowflake cloud data warehouse and the Data Integration, App & API Integration, Data Replication and Mass Ingestions services of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. In addition, the responsibilities will include data integration, data architecture, information delivery, infrastructure, testing, performance tuning for all components of the project.
Participates in ETL Design of new or changing mappings and workflows with the team and prepares technical specifications.
Creates ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Worklets using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x and prepare corresponding documentation.
Designs and builds integrations supporting standard data warehousing objects (type-2 dimensions, aggregations, star schema, etc.).
Performs source system analysis as required.
Works with DBAs and Data Architects to plan and implement appropriate data partitioning strategy in Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Implements versioning of the ETL repository and supporting code as necessary.
Develops stored procedures, database triggers and SQL queries where needed.
Implements best practices and tunes SQL /queries for optimization.
Loads and transforms data from various external sources to Relational database using Informatica.
Worked with complex transformations such as XML's, XML parser, Java and HTTP transformation and have designed SCD typ2 workflows.
Works with Informatica Data Quality (Analyst and Developer)
Requirements
Required Skills: Informatica PowerCenter 10.x, Oracle 11g/12c /19c SQL/PLSQL, Autosys (5-7 years).
Desired Skills: IICS migration from Power Center.
