Job Description:
Join a dedicated team of architects, systems engineers, and software engineers responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining software products for our National Security clients that focus on bringing cutting-edge ideas and a concerted technical approach to a range of technical domains. Become exposed to the software engineering challenges of applying technology to meet specific function domain problems.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a summer internship opportunity for a technically promising high school or college student with computer programming skills. The selected individual will be mentored by members of our software team to provide support to customer focused projects. This is an opportunity to gain invaluable career experience. The work is fast paced, exciting, and provides significant challenges, and opportunities to learn new disciplines. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Candidate requirements:
Enrolled in a B.S. degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, etc.), or High School Junior or Senior enrolled in Comp Sci coursework
US Citizenship
College level courses in software development, system design, or database design and programming
Knowledge and practice the Atlassian Tool suite and Jenkins build tools
Basic knowledge of Git and source code configuration management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
DOD or IC clearance or capable of obtaining a clearance
Coursework experience developing software applications
Coursework in engineering
Exposure to Cameo

Salary Range:
$21.44 - $37.55
