Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Medical AMAL Supply Support at Little Creek, VA in support of Naval Special Warfare Group Two (NSWG-2) Logistics Support Unit (LOGSUPPU).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will assist the Civilian Medical Supply Manager in managing various medical supplies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience with a vast inventory of pharmaceuticals, surgical equipment, SWALIS/DPAS programs, BIZFLOW, NSW Special information fast tracker (SWIFT), or other inventory database system.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Enter data into multiple databases accurately.
- Possess a SECRET clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
- Must be able to lift supplies and equipment weighing up to 85lbs.
- Have a working knowledge and experience with Medical Supply and be able to inventory, receive, and properly stow all medical materials
- Function as a requestor for all medical open purchase materials.
- Must be HIPAA compliant
