The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization, transforming data into readable, insightful reports that drive innovation and growth.

Highlights:
Work closely with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships to understand their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
Develop, implement, and maintain an analytics system, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, focusing on driving business performance, investigating, and communicating which business areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets
Experience:
Required
2-3 years of experience in mining data as a data analyst
Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL
Preferred
Experience with using Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau
Practical experience in statistical analysis with statistical packages, including Excel, SPSS, and/or SAS
Education:
Required
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Information Technology or related field of study OR equivalent relevant work experience and knowledge
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Salary Range: $87,386 to $94,775 Annually
Flexibility: in office, on site; not remote or hybrid
