This position provides support to the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL. The position is part of the ITASE verification and validation (V&V) team, particularly in the area of software development and maintenance for automated testing. Duties include the following:
Developing and maintaining software for use with automated testing of multiple threat models in ITASE and external simulations using Jenkins open-source software, including:
Creating and maintaining Jenkins pipelines for threat model tests
Creating and maintaining python code which validates experiment results and generates graphs, plots, and error reports
Creating and maintaining Windows batch and Linux shell scripts
SCM using git/GitLab
Creating tools for parsing and analyzing test results from previous Jenkins runs.
Threat Model simulation configuration, execution, post-processing, and analysis, including:
Data analysis of force-on-force experiment results
Understanding M&S concepts and integrated threat modeling.
Performing V&V scenario creation, testing, and analysis of integrated threat models.
Producing V&V test plans and reports.
Performing in a fast-paced open laboratory environment and collaborating with the V&V team and other teams within the ITASE Program.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or another related field or equivalent
Minimum of 8-10 years related experience;
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux scripting and Python
Effective oral and written communications skills, good interpersonal communications skills and be comfortable working in a team environment
Fully-proficient in the use and integration of MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point applications
Well-organized, highly motivated, and able to multi-task
Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI is required. US Citizenship.

Jenkins and/or Gitlab pipelines automation
Java programming
HTML, web development
ITASE threat model configuration, execution, and analysis
Database management
M&S environments such as ITASE, NGTS, AFSIM
High-Fidelity Virtual (HFV) model development and/or operator knowledge
Git and Gitlab for file configuration management
Issue Tracking software such as Mantis
Team collaboration tools such as Mattermost
