RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
Research, outline, write, and edit content while collaborating with various departments to understand project requirements.
Gather information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, organize, and produce procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Collaborate
with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories,
revise
and
edit
content, and
determine
optimal solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
Research, design, andmaintaininformation architecture templates thatcomply withorganizational and legal standards, ensuring seamless data migration.
Create content in alternative media formats to maximize usability, maintaining a consistent voice across all documentation.
