Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a Project Control Manager to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of directing cost engineering, cost estimating, control and analysis, planning and scheduling, schedule development, control, and analysis. Experience and demonstrated skill in establishing criteria and system set-up for all project controls activities.
- Statistical knowledge in the areas of sampling distributions, probability, and hypothesis testing. Knowledge in supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, direct, perform, review, and present cost engineering and cost estimating products. This includes planning and scheduling products independently with minimal supervision using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design and construction practices.
- Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up / set up work processes.
- Expertise must have been gained from working for reputed firms.
- Must have led large PC Department working with top international firms an on prestigious projects.
- Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions.
What Required Skills / Qualifications You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s in quantity surveying, engineering or cost engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in project controls (cost) schedule) on large projects include overall responsibility for project controls on large-scale projects
- Excellent Arabic / English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
