Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Manages the contractor support team across all task orders.
Works with Task Order Managers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for each Task Order.
Mobilizes company resources, through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
Monitors and reports to Parsons management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
Serves as the primary point of contact authorized to interface with the Government contracting officer (KO), contracting officer’s representative (COR), and customer agency.
Reports to the Director of National Technical Solutions within Parsons High Consequence Missions sector.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Travels to various CONUS/OCONUS sites as required – primarily for relationship building, project kickoff/closeout, to attend high vis events, and for conflict resolution. 20% travel is anticipated.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of total experience
5+ years of program management experience or equivalent
Must have an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI in the future.
Experience in programmatic, financial, operational, technical, and program execution oversight.
Experience with U.S. Navy ship engineering, capability installation, program sustainment, training and configuration management, and program logistics.
Experience with U.S. Navy Cryptologic and Intelligence program capability integration.

Salary Range:
