Duties and Responsibilities
This position is a highly responsible position in the Office of Motorist Modernization and will be responsible for the evaluation of current Motorist Systems and make recommendations for future systems that will be designed by the Office of Motorist Modernization.
This position will support the modernization effort by ensuring the continuity of business requirements across the modernization enterprise. The Enterprise Process Analysts must understand the functional areas and activities of each modernization team. This position will be required to act as a liaison between all modernization teams and create and enforce processes related to standards for all business requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts such as configuration, development, and batch processing
Experience with agile software development, including Scrum.
Experience with Team Foundation Server/DevOps or similar work item tracking system.
Ability to process information logically.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Ability to understand complex problems, analyze situations and provide recommendations for change.
Ability to root out an issue and provide options to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using requirement management software, such as Blueprint or Jira.
At least 1 year of experience working on a software development project.
Experience creating process flow diagrams.
Experience creating UI mock-ups.
Job Related Requirements
Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., although working overtime during the week and on weekends may occasionally be required. This position is currently telework eligible.
The position you are applying is subject to a Level 2 background check, along with Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) clearance, to include a fingerprint-based check of the criminal records of the FBI, as a condition of employment pursuant to Chapter 110.1127, 435 and 943, Florida Statutes. Please note that, since this position requires CJIS clearance, the Department will have access to all an applicant's criminal and juvenile delinquency records, even those that have been sealed or expunged.
General Information

Fingerprints and associated information/biometrics will be retained in the FBI's Next Generation Identification (NGI) system and fingerprints may continue to be compared against fingerprints submitted to or retained by NGI
FLHSMV employees are paid once a month on the last workday of each month. All state employees are required to participate in the direct deposit program pursuant to s. 110.113 Florida Statutes.
