Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a System Administrator - Mid with a Secret clearance to support KDS and our Army customer at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Maintain WS/TBMCS, C2, and any applicable Coalition network(s) documentation and other related data to integrate into local unit training activities and repositories
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation for system operability
Troubleshoot all user and client account issues on assigned networks, related servers, and network storage devices
Perform periodic preventive maintenance of all assigned systems. Establish new preventative maintenance inspections (PMI) and schedules as necessary
Ensure assigned network profiles and permissions meet network security requirements.
Install, configure, and maintain assigned workstations
Manage software configurations of assigned systems
Assist in architecture development
Provide technical reports of all upgrades or changes to the systems under their management
Maintain approved baseline configuration of all systems
Process user account information and access management for assigned systems
Implement published and/or approved system changes
Adhere to Knowledge Management data archiving requirements for assigned systems
Provide training to AOC military C2 system administrators on maintenance practices and procedures to ensure proper continuity and compliance with standards during maintenance on systems
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge and skills in current generation operating systems, software virtualization, server protocols, administration, and office software
Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effective orally and written
Experience in data centers, server environments, managing and maintaining Windows and Linux environments, installing software on test and production servers, user workstations, and supporting test equipment
Must be detail oriented and open to taking direction and able to follow established policies/procedures.
Experienced in prioritizing projects, meeting deadlines and contributing effectively within a small group environment
Must be team oriented with excellent interpersonal communications skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to work in a fast -paced, information intense environment
Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills
Professional IT Certifications are a plus
15+ years of relevant work experience
Secret clearance required

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
