Description: This position requires an Interim Secret clearance to start with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
The Security Representative Sr. will support a DoD program and the Program Security Manager, located in Titusville, FL. This role provides opportunity for a multi-positional player who can successfully navigate in an everchanging environment and produce successful outcomes within required timelines. Candidates should be experienced in all aspects of Industrial Security including Personnel, Physical, Operational, and Communications with proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, understand all applicable NISP, customer, and OneLM Security policies, and ability to assist with implementation of consistent security policy and products across the program. Roles include, but are not limited to:
Understand and adapt to everchanging security requirements issued by various Cognizant Security Agency organizations to assist in program wide implementation.
Collaborate with LM Security and various levels of program management, along with key government stakeholders.
Lead various security related projects, including associated schedules, to meet program milestones.
Integrate various security related meetings and/or projects.
Support program infrastructure modernization projects.
Collaborate between various program and functional support areas.
Establish and cultivate relationships with functional program leadership and customers to ensure achievement of program objectives.
Other duties as requested by leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
- Experience implementing 32 CFR PART 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and/or Navy, SAP, SCI policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Occasional travel

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
