Solution Analyst - UX/UI Designer Deloitte Consulting, US Delivery Center

Work you'll do
As a Solution Analyst, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.
Knowledge Areas- UX/UI Designer
Supports conversations led by functional analysts on project scope and features. Iterates on low-fidelity mockups and captures high-level user flows
Builds out foundational design, including setting up the Figma design system, creating a style guide, and designing standard page templates and layouts.
Iterates on high-fidelity mockups, creates clickable prototypes, and documents design requirements to support handoff to development
Conducts current state evaluation of existing application's accessibility and usability.
Assists in planning and conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and workshops.
Synthesizes current state findings and user research feedback into actionable, prioritized results to inform and guide all project workstreams.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree completed by August 2025 in these or related areas of study
UX/UI Design, Human-Center Design, Digital Communications, Computer Science
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Must submit design portfolio upon application
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
Preferred skillsets: Able to translate concepts into user flows, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. A portfolio that demonstrates your personal style and proficiency in designing responsive web or mobile apps. Experience with Figma
