Position summary:
CompTIA Security+ Certification is "Desired"
Provide support to the My Education Application assisting the Joint Services Transcript (JST) Division for the Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Air Forces and Veterans.
Work all data issues from analyst and service member side and academic
Process all PII paperwork for JST Transcript updates.
Work inquiries and emails to assist service members, college and universities, etc.
Perform ACE internal QA of JST Transcripts and recommend updates and corrections.
Perform ACE external QA for submission to ACE.
Add non-Tuition Assistance (TA) courses taken during Active Duty.
Check concurrence and authenticity of certifications, licenses and apprenticeships (Non USMAP) and respond to service members as need if able to add or not.
Research and resolve issues from the documentation received.
Assist other in the office to accommodate for an influx of other work.
Service occupational updates for NERs, NEC, NOBCs, ODSGs, MCE, MCO, CGR, CGA, MOS, etc.
Obtain mail card and pick up inbound mail and take outbound mail to NETPDTC Mailroom.
Generate special mail transcripts.
Work returned official JST Transcripts to resolve Academic Institute postal issues.
OPEID verification and reconciliation in JST.
Internal White Box Testing and Black Box Testing.
Attendance and punctuality are critical aspects of this position.
Other Duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience.
Obtain and maintain Cyber Workforce Compliance.
CompTIA Security+ Certification is "Desired"
