Job Description:
As a Systems Engineer for Intel & Cyber you will lead and contribute to the development of leading edge technologies that deliver mission-critical solutions for our customers. In this role you will perform technical planning, concept of operations definition, requirements elicititation and derivation, and analyses throughout the system development lifecycle. In addition, you will performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition in a model-based system engineering environment.
Essential Functions:
Develop electronic hardware and software architectures and designs based on system level requirements
Support full system development lifecycle including concept, design fabrication, production, test, installation, operations, maintenance and disposal
Interact with senior program managers and customers to define approaches and strategies
Lead trade studies to identify solutions which meet requirements
Experience with the development and/or deployment of maritime domain systems
Experience performing in-water testing of maritime systems
Provide guidance to development teams and subcontractors at internal and external gate reviews such as technical baseline reviews and design reviews
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
Ensure the logical and systemic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions which meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Obtain and maintain any additional clearances as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering
Development of internal and subcontractor requirements, CONOPs and interface control documents from customer / product requirements
Communicate effectively across diverse engineering disciplines and teammates/suppliers.
Demonstrated experience with Cameo Systems Modeler/MagicDraw
Systems Integration of subsystems and multi-segment systems
Work in a Digital Engineering/MBSE environment
Experience with maritime communications systems
Experience with remote sensing systems
Experience with HV maritime power systems
Experience with command and control centers
Knowledge and/or experience in Ocean Engineering
Excellent people skills to include collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
