Job Description :
As a Systems Engineer - Intel & Cyber you will lead and contribute to the development of leading edge technologies that deliver mission-critical solutions for our customers. In this role you will perform technical planning, concept of operations definition, requirements elicititation and derivation, and analyses throughout the system development lifecycle. In addition, you will perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition in a model-based system engineering environment.
Essential Functions:
Lead field mission operations in collaboration customer representatives
Develop electronic hardware and software architectures and designs based on system level requirements
Lead the development of internal requirements, CONOPs and interface control documents from customer / product requirements
Ensure the logical and systemic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions which meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Decompose system requirements to lower level specifications and maintain traceability across engineering specifications
Lead full system development lifecycle including concept, design, production, integration, test, installation, operations, maintenance and disposal
Directly support Chief Systems Engineer and interact with senior program managers and customers to define approaches and strategies
Lead trade studies to identify solutions which meet requirements
Coordinate software development and integration and test activities in an Agile software development environment
Provide guidance to development teams at internal and external gate reviews such as technical baseline reviews and design reviews
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
Up to 30% travel may be required

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly Security Clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering
Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
Experience with embedded hardware and software
Systems Integration of subsystems and multi-segment systems
Existing or prior experience with program systems and customers
Work in a Digital Engineering/MBSE environment
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Excellent people skills, with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
