Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Agile Product Owner to join our Federal Learning Development team. This role is critical in driving the strategic direction of high-quality learning products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The Product Owner will lead the agile team in delivering cutting-edge training solutions, including instructor-led materials, eLearning courses, and multimedia content for a large healthcare system client. NOTE: Due to the client contract, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen and eligible for federal security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and Communicate Vision: Provide a clear and compelling vision for learning products, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Prioritize Backlog: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are actionable and deliver maximum value.
Partner with Scrum Master: Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure efficient team operations, remove blockers, and maintain focus on sprint goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between the agile team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project objectives.
Quality Oversight: Review and approve deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements, organizational standards, and user expectations.
Foster Collaboration: Partner with production managers, learning consultants, learning designers, and Document Quality Analysts to create cohesive and innovative learning products.
Analyze and Optimize: Leverage performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve workflows, resource allocation, and product outcomes.
Support Agile Practices: Champion agile principles and foster a team culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related role in an agile environment.
Experience in learning development or content design preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare systems and EHR training content is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent required.
Advanced certifications such as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 to ensure all learning content is inclusive and accessible to all users.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
