Job Responsibilities include:
Support our Army customer as an action officer, anticipating the needs of management and proactively addressing issues with an emphasis on sound judgment and initiative.
Work closely with a high-performing, fast-paced team to support government clients.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various executives' styles, methods of operation, and authorities.
Requires on site support/hybrid.
Perform tasks in a variety of areas to include:
Track important milestones or actions for management/team.
Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, and client implications.
Review policy, directives, and regulations and develop Comment Response Matrixes.
Respond to official taskers using ETMS2.
Verbalize and write timely communications and demonstrate the consistent ability to present ideas and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
Develop Command Policy for official staffing through to signature.
Monitor program performance and provide status information to leadership.
Draft, write, and edit reports, briefs, correspondence, and other documents.
Provide leadership to lower level employees.
Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in the private sector.
Monitor report trends over time and communicate/escalate findings appropriately. Work with key contributors to ensure that report contents are assembled on time.
Responsible for project documentation as assigned by Project or Program Managers such as issue/action item logs, Action Items, RFIs, project meeting agendas, and project meeting minutes.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical discipline, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7-10 years' related experience
Secret clearance required
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while tracking milestones for complex technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Must want to develop and utilize Stakeholder & Relationship management skills
Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail as you will support multiple initiatives simultaneously
Must possess organization skills and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
Preferred Requirements:
Masters Degree
One or more years of experience in a technology PMO Analyst role. Need to possess Project governance certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
Expert knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
Working knowledge in APMS
eMASS experience
ETMS2
