This is a senior level position in a Security Services Center (SSC). Do you have the operational, management and leadership knowledge, skill and capability to work and lead a team in Personnel Security? Are you looking at working with and leading a dynamic and professional group of security support personnel in SSC? Then this position is for you. As the Team Lead, youll be accountable and responsible for the performance of standard and specialized personnel security processes for your team. The selected candidate will lead and provide timely, accurate, and courteous processing of personnel security actions throughout the contract lifecycle. This position is in the Corporate Security Department's Personnel SSC supporting numerous government agencies. Located in our Huntsville, AL office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the initiation, preparation, and submission of required personnel security actions for access to National Security Information and Intelligence Community programs
Participate in the processing of paperwork for Public Trust/Clearance positions
Duties include accurate and timely: daily database interactions (DISS/NBIS, SIMS and internal CGI systems), communications with cleared personnel; maintaining personnel security and suitability records, processing outgoing clearance certifications; pre- screening of potential hires; and completion of client-specific security processes (badging, CACs, SAAR, and other onboarding requirements)
Updating clearance processes and procedures regularly. Ensure complete compliance with DCSA requirements
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
*A high school diploma plus a minimum of 6-7 years in the NISP
Must have an active Secret clearance
Management experience in the NISP
FSO experience
Professional, customer-centered attitude and experience
Ability to properly handle and protect highly sensitive personal information
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to take initiative - assertive and confident

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $55,600.00 - $91,700.00.
