Functional Responsibility: SPS is seeking a Program Manager with a proven track record of program planning and execution, team coordination, risk management, budget and resource management, performance tracking and reporting, and achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities also include:
Coordinates, monitors and manages ownership of all aspects of the program(s), i.e. scheduling, pricing, and technical performance.
Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Develops and ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
Oversee the cost, schedule, and performance of contract and subcontract personnel. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Leads and directs the work of others.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complex tasks.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Establish sustainable operations schedule: weekly, monthly, and quarterly
Manages and executes the staffing schedule and support ramp up plans.
Utilize Customer satisfaction surveys in managing customer relationships
Develops new business and expands product line.
Maintain and ensure compliance within contractual Labor Category requirements, QMS and all aspects of the program.
Adhere to the companys AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.
Education/Skills:
10 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in applicable field or 20 years of experience in a related area.
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
PMP certification is preferred, not required.
Production experience is preferred and proficient in MS Project.
