a.i. solutions is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Reagan Test Site (RTS) Operations Center as the Cyber Support Specialist in Huntsville, Alabama. The position will perform cyber documentation specialist tasks in support of the RTS Government ISSM, Cyber Assurance staff and other senior management in areas of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF), DoD, Army Regulations, Incident Response, Risk Assessment, Software Assurance, and related Cyber Assurance disciplines. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the Reagan Test Site (RTS) Operations Center as Junior Cyber Documentation Specialist in Huntsville, Alabama.
Perform cyber documentation specialist tasks in support of the RTS Government ISSM, Cyber Assurance staff and other senior management in areas of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF), DoD, Army Regulations, Incident Response, Risk Assessment, Software Assurance and related Cyber Assurance disciplines.
Responsible for coordinating and managing submission to the Cyber Change Control Board (CCB) and Technical Review Board (TRB); and any other relevant review.
Review cyber related artifacts for accuracy and completeness in preparation for CCBs/TRBs or any other relevant review.
Maintain and manage security related items in the POAandM repository and draft POAandM summary reports to support communications with leadership and external reviewers.
Research, review, monitor, and report on industry best practices, latest cybersecurity developments and trends, standards, and guidelines for recommendations to the Customer.
Collect and report cyber related metrics as required.
Track cyber assurance training and workshops by RETS personnel.
Required Skills:
Proficient technical writing skills; demonstrated ability to produce policies, procedures, reports, and assist RMF artifacts.
Knowledgeable in the use of eMASS and ACAS.
Knowledge of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Checklist requirements and Security Requirements Guides(SRG).
Knowledge of Army Regulation 25-1 and 2 and related Cyber Assurance regulations and policies.
Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation to support accreditations such as NIST control artifacts, Risk Assessments, and POAandMs to meet existing accreditations or reaccreditations.
Experience communicating security concerns and issues to non-technical audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree).
1+ years of experience in Information Assurance, System Administration, or technical support of an Enterprise environment.
DoD 8570 Certification (minimum IAT Level-1 or IAM Level-1) such as Security+ or Security CE.
Eligibility to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
