SUMMARY
CTI is seeking an IT Director to lead a team of two staff members currently reporting to the President. In this pivotal role, the selected candidate will ensure the security and compliance of our organization's cloud-based systems and services. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of FedRAMP compliance, such as risk management, security assessments, and continuous monitoring. The role demands a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, FedRAMP standards, and strong leadership skills. Additionally, the IT Director will implement staffing strategies and develop collaborative relationships across the company. This position is accountable for the health and performance of existing production and business demands.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all technology operations, including network security that aligns with the organization's business objectives and ensures compliance with federal regulations.
Design, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems.
Lead the organization's efforts to achieve and maintain FedRAMP, CMMC and NIST SP-800-171 compliance. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing security controls, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software. Control budget and expenditure report.
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet the organization's needs and comply with federal regulations.
Manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Collaborate with the CFO and support the COO and Sales Team in developing reports to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management any risk or issues as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in IT system developments, investments planned and current assets.
Conducts, supervises and prepares reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of CTI regulations, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with upper management on as-needed training.
Assists in preparation of emergency management and contingency planning.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Education, Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on compliance to federal contracts requirements.
Deep understanding of IT security best practices, including FedRAMP and CMMC requirements.
Knowledge of Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, CRM software, and Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
Proven experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
Experience with cloud-based IT infrastructure and services.
Certifications such as COMPTIA+, VMware, CISSP, CISM, or CIPP are highly desirable.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Must be able to travel as needed.
Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check.
