Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team as a member of the Accounting Policy & Compliance team. The successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment. Primary responsibilities for this position will include the following tasks:
Complete assigned tasks in support of the LM Aero annual incurred cost claim submission. Tasks may include, but not limited to, preparation and support of required schedules, data reconciliations, research and analysis of costs, and data gathering/walkthroughs in support of the DCAA incurred cost audit.
Provide cost allowability determinations for LM Aero personnel by evaluating costs and supporting documentation. Ensure costs are in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 31 principles and company policy.
Perform quarterly overhead cost reviews by analyzing sample transactions and documentation for allowability and compliance. Present any issues or recommendations to stakeholders and LM Aero leadership for further evaluation.
Assist team members and support assigned tasks for the Accounting System Assessment Program (ASAP).
Participate in CAMP+ (Sarbanes-Oxley) walkthroughs and conduct testing to ensure internal controls are effective and operating as designed.
Support recurring monthly/periodic reviews and analysis as assigned.
Develop and maintain relationships with functions across the enterprise and work special projects as assigned.
Interact with external customers such as Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Ernst & Young, and other various agencies as required.
Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel.
SAP experience
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of government regulations / standards (FAR, DFARS, CAS, GAGAS, etc.)
Possesses an understanding of LM Aero accounting structure, policies, and procedures.
Experience working with DCMA / DCAA
Audit experience
SharePoint experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
