This is a multi-disciplined Industrial Security position supporting and assigned to the Consolidated Security Office within Raytheon. You will be supporting security business needs of all proprietary programs across RTX in accordance with applicable USG regulations, contractual, customer and company requirements. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities as a Personnel Security Professional; administering and maintaining a comprehensive Personnel Security posture in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Frequently collaboration with all levels of program leadership, business partners and stakeholders is essential for your success.
What You Will Do
Provides primary support for CPSOs and Team Lead.
Maintains personnel security tracker; action item tracker; and foreign travel tracker.
Coordinates completion and submission of Personnel Security Questionnaires, Program Access Requests, Program Indoctrination Agreements, Pre and Post Foreign Travel Briefings.
Assist with facility access requests and open/close requests.
Implements security policies and procedures per the Master Operating Procedures, Operations Security, Program Protection Plan and applicable DoD guidance.
Maintains personnel files and training records.
Assists and maintains team SharePoint site.
Ensures 100% compliance with all government and company regulations.
Other security related tasks as directed by the Security Manager (i.e. escorting non-accessed personnel, conducting parcel checks, alarm testing, assist with annual Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Program)
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar curriculum and a minimum of 2 years' experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs
Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET clearance prior to start date, U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Organized self-starter capable of identifying priorities and multi-tasking, willing to work extended hours and travel on company business
Prior experience in a closed area environment
Experience maintaining multiple trackers and databases
Willing to travel if required (
