Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the launcher programs. Our team is responsible for line of balance tracking and loading demand in ERP systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions.. Your responsibilities will include:
Make, Buy, Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
Overseeing production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost
Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college, or
equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience with SAP, and MS programs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage
budgets.
Related experience in MRP and ERP systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage functional
leaders in creating, monitoring and reporting on
all executive operations metrics.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive
user experience or implementation.
Experience supporting MMAS (Material
Management and Accounting System).
Knowledge of industry wide best practices and
processes for managing material flow throughout
the entire Production supply chain.
Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus
/ (Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred).
Experience working Program proposals to
establish labor budgets.
Previous experience successfully creating,
leading, and sustaining a data driven culture.
Proven ability to build and lead cross functional
teams to maximizing output.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
