F-35 Program Manager - Level 6
This position is in support of the F-35 Production Program Office. The selected individual would have responsibility to be the Senior Manager of Execution of Production Lots 18-19.
What You Will Be Doing
The Execution Program Manager for F-35 Production Lots 18-19 is responsible for transitioning from the proposal phase into execution. They will manage cost, schedule, and technical baselines, and partner with the global supply chain team to ensure on-time parts delivery. The PM will lead interactions with internal teams such as quality, business management, contracts, legal, production operations, global supply chain, and engineering etc to manage execution of the contractual requirements. This PM will be a lead focal point for clear and concise customer communication with senior leaders in JPO and DCMA. They will also lead development of business cases to enable data-driven executive decision making, and drive execution to ensure completion of all contractual requirements on schedule and with quality.

Experience communicating with executives and customers
Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of aircraft production processes. Knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering.
Demonstrated ability to drive issues to resolution across multiple organization, which may involve direct interaction with Senior leadership within Lockheed Martin and Customer organizations.
Knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes from proposal (RFP, BOEs, negotiation) through delivery and DD-250 (Quality dispositions, Contract Modifications).
Strong communication skills, with a willingness to engage with technical and non-technical subject matter experts in a variety of organizations including the customer.
Presentation skills and ability to address complex issues & solutions with senior leadership
Operations experience in production, sustainment, supply chain, and/or quality
Strong business acumen, including negotiation and conflict management skills.
Strong EV skills and knowledge and experience in EV performance reporting.
Familiarity with EPRS reporting.
Ability to manage to budgetary requirements.
Risk and opportunity management.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
