You will be the System Engineer Sr for Simulation and System Labs. Our team is responsible for the integration of Mission Systems into a Lab environment supporting aircraft capabilities and functions. Utilizing mission systems requirements, the candidate will assist in the development of lab requirements and procedures, execute integration activities in a lab environment, and evaluate mission systems functionality. Candidate must have strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality, and demonstrated lab integration experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture.
What You Will Be Doing
As the System Engineer Sr, you will be responsible for development and execution of lab system procedures supporting testing of sequential software builds. Your responsibilities will include:
Have an understanding of and perform job duties using the principles and disciplines of lab engineering including policy, procedures, process discipline, operations, safety, and command media support.
Support validation and verification of lab design and requirements.
Supporting the development test scripts, procedures, test processes and execution.
Review and evaluate data to confirm that results meet the requirements.
Document anomalies found during execution and support trouble shooting to resolve all issues.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
Experience with systems engineering, integration and lab environment
Desired Skills:
Experience in one of computer languages (LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, XML ) for developing automated test scripts
Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems. electronics schematic drawing and cable harnesses fabrication
Experience in a test and requirements verification environment and experience using JIRA for tracking
Experience in Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and digital multi-meters
Ability to maintain process discipline in a dynamic and agile environment
Demonstrated basic understanding of systems integration and test
Excellent technical writing, planning and interpersonal skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
