Description:
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Global Supply Chain Project Mgmt/Planning Asc. Mgr. position to support the Precision Fires organization. This position will report to GSC management and be in Grand Prairie, Texas.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will have a Control Account Management focus and support GSC activities based on the direction of GSC Management. Responsibilities will include:
CAM responsible for tracking and reporting GSC budget. As well as manpower planning, management and metrics. Also, direct financial reporting to program, F&BO and GSC Leadership in support of Sales, Cash and input to LRP, CSR, etc.
Participate in PrSM critical planning and operation meetings, tracking action items, establish deadlines for follow up and ensuring closure.
Coordinate planning, organization, and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Prepare materials and agenda for internal and external meetings (Leader and Employee Meetings, Customer meetings, PMRs, etc.).
Assist in development and coordination of reports for the supporting the program.
Monitor project issues and support development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer expectations.
Support special projects / initiatives as assigned.
Some travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
Proven CAM and Financial Management experience
Proven Subcontract / Program Management skills
Significant Leadership Experience
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with numerous internal and external customers
Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
Ability to recruit, train and develop subordinates
Must have experience in in developing and executing business/subcontract management strategies
Ability to obtain a secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills:
Strong experience with Risk and Opportunity management
Demonstrated history of talent development
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures
Ability to think "outside the box" for innovative solutions to challenging programmatic issues and risks
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
