The Integrated Technology Services Department:
The Eleventh District's Integrated Technology Services department provides innovative technology solutions and services to support the Bank's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. We work with our partners in the Eleventh District and across the System to provide essential technology solutions and services needed to support the mission of the Federal Reserve.??????? We strive to be an agile and innovative organization that delivers high-value solutions and services including business process automation, digital collaboration tools, application development, and product and program management services. We have expertise in a variety of focus areas from cloud computing and automation to artificial intelligence and machine learning. The Role:
Overview:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an Assistant Vice President to provide executive oversight and strategic leadership over Communications, Adoption and Customer Experience for the Integrated Technology Services department. The ideal candidate is an experienced and passionate business technology executive who is a forward-looking, visionary technology leader, with an innovative, customer-focused mindset capable of helping Federal Reserve businesses achieve their mission through technology transformation. This is a pivotal role that ensures IT is a trusted partner in delivering best-in-class services and exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of communication plans, training programs, and change management initiatives to drive successful product adoption and user engagement across the organization. The experienced leader should be energetic, driven, and take ownership of the assigned areas of responsibility.
The Assistant Vice President reports directly to the Head of Product and will collaborate closely with all executives in Integrated Technology Services to ensure delivery of the organization's mission, strategic vision and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for product communication, training and change management to support the successful launch, adoption and utilization of new and existing products.
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on change management and communication strategies.
Align initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps to enhance the user experience.
Lead the creation of clear, compelling communication materials that effectively convey product features, benefits and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Design communication campaigns to drive awareness and adoption, ensuring alignment with brand standards and organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer success, to deliver cohesive communication strategies.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for product implementations, upgrades, and process changes.
Develop change management frameworks, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and communication plans.
Guide resources to deliver best in class User Experience practices and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive teams, business and System IT stakeholders, including National IT Business Dedicated Groups (BDGs), acting as a trusted advisor and partner for IT-related matters.
Develop and support a diverse management team that is agile and effective at leading change while maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Ensure the management team identifies and develops all staff for high quality operations and ultimate succession.
Foster an environment in which employees are encouraged to continually learn, develop and contribute to Bank and System goals.
Ensure Integrated Technology Services department goals, performance metrics, quality measures, and budget targets are achieved.
Encourage a diverse and inclusive environment that rewards and recognizes individuals for creative ideas, and appropriate risk taking that positively impacts the District and System.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field required. Exceptional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, in a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years' experience of progressive people and business leadership experience leading training and adoption, communications and change management in large, complex organizations.
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.
Knowledge of the Federal Reserve System and the financial industry or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new business environments and quickly and effectively adapt leadership style to new and unique operating environments.
Strong collaboration skills with a focus on positive intent and fostering strong relationships with an ability to partner effectively with others in the pursuit of common goals.
Excellent written and oral communicator, including ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and widely varied external constituents.
Track record of successful leadership driving results and proactively managing change in a complex and dynamic organizational and technological operating environment.
Leads with integrity, demonstrating honesty and respect.

We use a hybrid work schedule that allows remote work but requires on-site work (in the office) based on business needs.
