FSR RAAVAK Position: MARSOC Nightwing is seeking a Full-Time employee to work as a VAK Field Service Representative in support of a DoD contract providing technical equipment instruction and support for MARSOC (Stone Bay, North Carolina). Responsibilities will include advising and training on the employment of RAA/VAK equipment support to SOF military units, SOF Component Headquarters, and TSOC, but are not limited to the following: Instruct and advise senior/junior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) Coordination with RBT headquarters for specialized program support * Must have an active and current Top Secret clearance Required Skills: Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance Retired or former Special Operations soldier and 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity Recent combat experience, experience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism goals Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as: FalconView, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Point Ability to travel independently and operate for periods of time without supervision Must be able to transport a 35 pound load with no assistance CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support Unit Desired Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills Excellent motivation skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate with administration, customers, and employees Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience Active and transferable Active U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
