Responsibilities The selectee will serve as a(n) IT Cybersecurity Specialist (STS/ADM) in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Customer Solutions Branch. Typical work assignments include: Installs and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for system users in accordance with organizational structure Troubleshoot system hardware and software. Manages accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment. Diagnoses and resolves customer reported system incidents, problems, and events. Maintains baseline system security according to organizational polices. This IT Cybersecurity Specialist (STS/ADM) position starts at a salary of $74,441.00,GS12.
