Air Products, a leader in industrial gas manufacturing, has a summer 2024 internship position available in our IT & Cyber Audit team located at our corporate headquarters in Allentown, PA.

The summer internship position will focus on:
Supporting and delivering on data analytics utilization - Includes working under the guidance of the Data and Innovation COE to: utilize data analytics across our global department; identify tools and methods to conduct analytics training; and create and deploy sustainable analytics models that can be used by the department. You will perform data gathering, interpretation, and analysis by utilizing major systems (e.g. SAP), platforms, and audit tools. A basic understanding of risks, controls, and the concept of providing assurance through the analysis of data will be key to success.
Supporting and delivering on automation and AI use cases - Working under guidance of DA & Innovation Manager to identify, develop, and deploy automation and AI use cases to support audit testing.
Gaining insight into the IT Audit function- this opportunity may include, as needed, shadowing the technical and operational auditors to learn about the different flavors of audits, such as cybersecurity, system implementation, cloud security, and SOX. This co-op program will also provide exposure to major systems and tools in use at Air Products.
The summer internship is 11 weeks in length (traditionally late May through early-August).
Qualifications:
A minimum GPA of 3.3 is required.
Students currently in their Sophomore or Junior year pursuing a bachelor's degree.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and time management skills are necessary.
Previous experience with data analytics tools or programming languages such as SQL, Qlik, ACL, Python, R, among others.
Inquisitive mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
